A little indulgence for comfort food

i die die oso wan baby to try out the food at this shop.
so we went to this jap restaurant (the one boss treated me for my bday) after payday.hahaha.

 canadian oyster w ponzu sauce. v plump sweet fresh oyster that goes well w the tad salty sauce. nt bad.
 wagyu beef tataki. ok la. but i will skip this nxt time.

 the grilled salmon belly. super super tasty. the fats of the salmon melts in your mouth, coating your tongue, bringing the sweetness of the fish to another level. seafoody goodness!  
 of cos, this awesome grilled chix w jap pepper. no nd to say so much le la. my fav dish.
 the dessert, almond tofu. its so DENSE n soft!!!! not the typical almond tofu we had. super nice! v milky n silky......must order nxt time!!!!
 ladies n gentlemen, my mum's stall. trust me, mum sells the best mee hoon kway n ban mian. really, no joke. 
 dropped by b4 our show on sat to satisfy my craving for tom yum noodles. yum!
 al dente noodles, sour n spicy broth.....hehe. i am drooling as i wrote this.
 slurping the noodle-ly goodness!!! mum noes how i wan it. best.
 mum made her mee hoon kway herself. handmade leh.Q n smooth. pls go n try! (do note that the food runs out at abt 1pm. so i no nd to hard sell la....let me noe if u wan a visit so i can ask her to save some food for us!)
 baby n i went for some awesome gelato b4 the show.

 i can oni say i am nt a fan of 昆曲.沒有慧根. sorry.


 baby n i wanted to hav sukiyaki for dinner, but the Q is freaking long, so we decide to b the "spillover" crowd, went to the new jap bbq restaurant.

 nt bad la. perhaps i'm still in the mood of 乾杯in taiwan. i miss the experience.
anyway, for the price, i will rather go korean bbq. nicer.

we went for dessert at tcc after that. i need my coffee fix. i can oni ask u to stick to the old desserts instead of new ones. they fare better previously.
