my ramen adventure again.
seems like i'll never ever get sick of noodles.
i was craving for my golden std ramen at ippudo. so i DRAG baby to the shop for my unreasonable craving.

my special black pepper ramen. we've chosen our noodles to b very hard. shiok al dente noodles w hot n spicy soup. the soup is made from pork bones. thick n rich w peppery fragrance. i can eat this everyday.
as if so far can c her pimple.
had dessert at a nearby shop. good tau huey (w walnut paste).
went to kki after our gym. saw some new cakes n decided to try them out!

this is EMILY. its champange moouse w grape jelly inside. man oh man. i need to re-adjust my fav cake list. this is SO good!!!!! close to replacing the top of my list.

wan to go n find out more abt this special gelato shop at sentosa cove. ltr then we noe that they hav a main stall at clare quay. so we went there to reccee.
v nice cannoli. the riccotta cheese is nt too rice, smooth n light. n the shell is crispy n thin. good!
v decent gelato too. smooth n silky.
the coffee here is exceptionally nice! good balance n robust. i like.
personally, i think that the quality of desserts r good here. but maybe they shd re-look into their menu n marketing direction. the plc is nt v prominent (surrounded by pubs) n they had too much to offer in the menu. it doesnt help when the boss is nt good at PR n is exceptionally shy. dun waste the good product. do smth.
