baby v excited. reason is, there wun b any pix on the food we ate. we will b eating in complete darkness. the servers r all visually handicapped. we hav to taste the food based soley on other senses. touch, smell, taste. it was a really valuable experience. ur senses became sharper when u cant c what u r eating. we have to guess what ingredients used in the dish, n answers will b given to us after the meal. u will b surprised how retard we were.hahaha. go try it! great fun!
the oni thing we can c, my drink. after this, we were led upstiars (complete darkness) to have our dinner.

big boss brought us to ember for lunch. foie gras will always b my 1st choice.
the wagyu beef is awesome. melts in ur mouth, juicy n tender.
baby n i decided to reward ourselves too, for the hard work we've done. went back to kaixo.

bacon n onion tart, good.
meat platter. one of the better ones i've eaten. chix was moist, ham was full of flavors, lamb was tender n juicy.
the clams were good too!
our fish. v v v nice. buttery sauce, fresh fish.....v good.
