we were seated at the chef's counter (v crowded, no more seats available), n we were "woo-ing" and "aww-ing" at every other dishes that went out. after we've finished our food, the chef dished out this sticky pudding (oni available during dinner) for us. yes, its on the house. so much for seating at the bar counter! :) the pudding is moist n soft n w the right sweetness. i love this.

i've stated for my reservation that we r celebrating some events. (juz to c wat special stuff the chef can whip out) they took for granted that it was a bday celebration.

good service. the thing is, we got a free sticky pudding. AGAIN!!!! baby n i had been complaining free desserts being too chocolatey for our liking....i guess they muz hav heard us. thanks yo. 2nd free sticky pudding of the day. we've decided to set 28th nov as "sticky pudding day".
wout knowing abt the free dessert, we've ordered dessert. this black dubious looking thing is actually yam w sesame n coconut milk. super genius idea! its like de-constructed bo bo cha cha. v nice.

went to our fav dim sum place for brunch after the hotel stay. love their roast duck noodles!

this brand of tomato is a must buy. taste v authentic.
the platter of ham, roast veg, pickled veg, cheese. super delicious.
