this is a plc that sells "modern" local food. as much as i hav my doubts on this kind of "fusion" concept, i was blown away by the food they served here. this salad w ikan bilis is super tasty! u nv noe it can b done like this. awesome!
now now. who wants to try this tau suan w razor clams? yes, tau suan, salty. u can really taste the essence of the clams. nt for the faint hearted.
frog legs w barley risotto. yum yum yum! the frog legs r moist n juicy, crispy outside. n the barley balanced out the slight oily-ness of the dish. lovely.
this is awesome. lobster wanton w capellini. the expensive version of wtm. exellent! the crispy wanton is fill w sweet lobster meat, n the "char siew" is actually spicy chirozo! the capellini was cooked al-dente. soya sauce used for the noodles w chives on top. well balanced n flavorful dish, using western ingredients to whip up a chinese dish. epic. baby's fav dish of the nite.

super tender n juicy grilled pork ribs w tea smoke bone marrow, roasted garlic n pickled veg (achar). the meat burting w flavors, rich n robust. the bone marrow juz melts away into ur palate, n the sweet mushy garlic.....wah li leh.
my fav dish of the nite. BEST.
kaya bread n butter pudding w milk tea ice cream. v rich n flavorful. nice.
