Chocolate cheese cake + Mexican Delight

baby n i r in a dessert spree right now.
trying to make desserts already. here we r trying out some choco cheesecake.


 this maple is from canada. i tell u, this is the real stuff. taste so diff from the crap w hv in singapore. this is top quality.



 nt bad for our first attempt. i will use dark chocolate nxt time (duno who lor, cheapskate ask me buy cabou***)


 this cosy little mexican restaurant is our new fav hunt for comfort food.

 their sangria is the best i've tasted so far. v well balanced, refreshing.
 sorry for the blur pix. this dish was SMOKING when it arrived our table. melted cheese w jalapeno peppers. super super super NICE!!!!! the melted cheese is gooey n rich, w the spicy pepper.....damn fragrant la.....drool.....
 cheese goes damn well w the warm hand made tortilla......best.
 this pcs of art is their house salad. w goat's cheese. their sauce is out of the world,  n the goat's cheese is creamy n light. v nice.
 ok, the color dun look appealing, but trust me, this is damn good. this dish is called the divorced chicken.half chix cooked w 2 diff sauces. one w smoked peppers n chocolate, the other one is my fav jalapeno w sunflower seed, served w black bean mash. hot, spicy, chickeny goodness. v v nice. *to C&M - when u gals free ah.....i wan to try out more stuff from there*

used it to cook a burger meal w foccacia bread, grilled pineapple n rockets, served w french onion soup. alot of fibre yo.....
