ok, title abit long.
juz came back 1 week from my thai biz trip.
after which i was sick like for 1 whole week.
gastric flu + reflux. it was hell. i cant even eat properly now.......
after much thinking, i noe y.
i have been eating too much spicy food prior to the trip.
n then during the trip, i have to stay till wee hours in the factory, wout dinner (ok, 2 pcs of bread), followed by tom yum goong......

doc asked me to watch it liao......
ah, well. i shd quit the fu***** job asap la. sux max.

went to this french restaurant for C's bday. it is one of the most talked abt plc in the food world. to me, over rated. super. i can cook better chix. anyway, e focus of this pix is M, who is behind the tag, nt the restaurant's name...:p
