juz came back 1 week from my thai biz trip.
after which i was sick like for 1 whole week.
gastric flu + reflux. it was hell. i cant even eat properly now.......

i have been eating too much spicy food prior to the trip.
n then during the trip, i have to stay till wee hours in the factory, wout dinner (ok, 2 pcs of bread), followed by tom yum goong......
