ok. i havent tell this to many ppl yet.
i am currently attending culinary classes every week for italian cooking.
i love it. so fun!!!!
this is the 1st step to fulfil my dream of traveling to italy n learn hw to cook there.

ok, even god cant save this. this is supposed to b a warm salad. my teacher was telling us, salad is supposed to b sexy, n nt trashy as in u throw everything on the plate n eat it.

unfortunately, i burnt most of my veg (too high heat from the bloody induction cooker la), so all my veg for this warm salad looks dull n colorless. my teacher claimed that she can help save the look. blah. after attempting for 10 mins, she gave up. hahahaha. even she cant save my cta-food-look-alike salad.

我想這一股“沈佳儀”風潮就快過去了吧？
我等了很久才決定寫這篇entry。
我不想在大家盲目追風時大談這個故事。
簡直是侮辱了故事的主角。

說起九把刀，我在很久以前就很喜歡他的作品了。很巧的是，我讀的第一個九把刀的小説，正是“那些年......”。
大概是五年前吧。不是很確定。
從那時起，我就變成了九把刀的書迷。儘管有膚淺的人曾經批評他的作品不夠成熟、太過假、不夠真實（沒有想象力的白癡，看不懂就看不懂，何必在那裏跟我他媽的裝高貴？ccb。），我還是很喜歡他的作品。
所以當我知道他要把這個故事拍成電影時，我是非常期待的。

陳妍希。
當我看《聽説》時就很喜歡她了。喜歡她很内斂的演出，喜歡她有神的眼睛，喜歡她可愛的梨窩。當大家都把注意力放在那可惡噁心的主角身上時（不好意思，我真的不喜歡CYH），我看到的，只是陳妍希。
九把刀還真屌，請到她來當主角。厲害。
而這部戯播出之後，大家都一窩蜂地喜歡她。
媽的。你爸喜歡她的時候你們在幹嗎？一群跟屁蟲。

而那些批評過九把刀的人突然閒變成了他的書迷。
說他好有才華啦，好有個性啦，云云。
拿被。去死吧。

Xmas Indulgence

wat a xmas week.
alot of booze n food. n bcos of the indulgence, baby n i went for tennis session yesterday. bad bad mistake. as a result, baby pulled her back muscle (which i did 2 weeks ago), n i hav tennis elbow now.
now, walking w limp. nd to rest. no more gym. sigh.

starting to booze even b4 xmas....too stress la. nd some good german beer.

deep freid camerbert cheese w berry sauce. super nice, but heavy.

trust me, having this is NOT my idea. baby suggested we order the pork knuckle. ya, we cant finish it. too heavy le lor.

baby tried her best to stir fry some broccoli in front of me. she super stress like nobody's biz n nearly burnt the garlic. so stress for wat?

I cooked some chix rice in return. nobody was at hm dat nite, so we had this dinner by ourselves.

yes, instead of turkey, i've actually ordered a roast pig for xmas. hw's dat for a celebration? hahaha.

i jumped right into the linguine once they said it was available. we've tried this fantastic dish b4, so ya. nice max. deliciousness exploded into our mouths. we r like swimming in the sea....

i realised that the pix in my blog consists of 95% food, 5% ugly pix of mine.
this explains y i hav difficulties in losing my weight.hahaha.
super stressed by work now, although its like the holiday season already. politics n unreasonable requests are driving everybody nuts. not to mention the incompetencies of the VP and SMs.
n i heard from a bird that some incompetent moron is going to b promoted to manager, juz bcos she's here for "many yrs" (my ass is here longer than her).
wtf max. i will leave here ASAP. this is a shit place to work in.
to vent my anger, i indulged myself w food, more food, n super tasty food.

this is the yong tau hoo curry noodles at HL. i've made a special request for this. super super nice noodles (i Q for like 30 mins for this. no kidding). i always eat this when i hav a meeting at CSC. worth my calories.

baby n i went to ippudo at the robertson quay after a stupid company talk at merchant court.service was superb n there is no Q. but i sort of prefer the noodles at mandarin gallery.....

there is this discount coupon thingy trend online nowadays. ppl were searching for great deals for f&b n travel online. so which ones r worth ur money?

after some really really bad experience a few mths ago at HV, baby n i decided to give 2 plcs another chance.

we r at fullerton, enjoying the service n view while waiting for our food. baby was quite skeptical after our last unpleasent experience at HV (nt here, ask me personally n i will tell u abt it)

the foccacia was crispy on the outside, soft n fluffy in the inside....good flavors of herbs, wout overpowering the sweetness of the bread. yumz.

the outragous big plate of appetiser. xiao ah, so many things. baby n i were already full when we finish this. the server advised us on the "sequence" to eat the appetisers to fully enjoy the flavors. good service la.

blue swimmer crab salad. sweet n fresh crab meat w crunchy tomato n cucumber. crispy croutons to make the dish complex. v good starter.

param ham w rock melon. nt bad la. wat can go wrong man.

fried calamari n pranws. abit soft. taste ok.

pan fried foie gras w berry reduction. again, wat can go wrong w the soft n gooey foie gras? haha.

beef meatballs w blue cheese. baby nearly died when she had a bite on this. super heavy n rich. even i found it too heavy for me....
i ordered this peach smoothie to go w the brunch. v v v nice n refreshing.

this lobster linguine is supposed to b another appetiser. yes, nt main course hor. i love love the way the cook the lobster. soft n juicy, w the sweetness of lobster going well w the linguine. good!

by this time, baby n i were totally stuffed. my rich wagyu beef cheeks doesnt do me any good as i gorged myself silly w the melt-in-your-mouth beef cheeks. so good. n the halibut baby ordered is a tat too dry for me. can b better.

to think that we still ate dessert after the main course. we were walking like pregnant women when we leave the place. verdict? food is good, service excellent, ambience perfect. its worth the money we've paid for this brunch deal. good.

yes yes, we even have time for phantom of the opera after the brunch. its the special screening at GV. nt many ppl noe it. i cant resist phantom la.

after last yr's pleasent experience, we've decided to spend our fortune on this yr's white truffle season.

they told us that there r NO white truffles available AFTER we sat down.WTF??? the stock were stuck at the custom. k lor, win liao. i am so disappointed.
we've decided to continue our dinner there cos the food was really good (we rem). turn out to b good tough. although we r still disappointed that there r no white truffles. we were delighted when the server told us that the truffles will b available ONE WEEK after that. we vowed to come back.

n we really did. baby n i went back one week ltr juz to feast on the white truffles. we were apparently too distress that time. the server actually remember us n addressed me by my name when he saw me. manager came n asked me whether the food was ok, blah blah blah, server bid me goodbye (he said" bye wayne, hope to c u again!") when we left.....so paiseh. na beh.

v nice amuse bouche. roast beef w duno wat sauce. v nice.

yes yes yes!!!! eggs w blue swimmer crab and WHITE TRUFFLES shavings. they weigh n shave the truffles in front of u, so u wun b short changed. its 10 bucks per gram. n this, is my ultimate love dish. eggs r always good fren w white truffles. n the blue swimmer crab....omg, sweet n fresh. nt to mention the beauty of white truffles. the fragrance will remain in ur system for a few hours. simply love it.
this is superb. its juz linguine n truffles. the linguine is al dente, w the rich sauce n the truffles. i will pay any amt for this. super delicious.

nobody will imagine having white truffles in their dessert. verdict? it was fabulous!!!! the dark choco ice cream tasted like heaven w white truffles. n the creme brulee was oozing goodness. we were in heaven after these. btw, this is suppose to b my bday treat from baby. thank u my love. after 8 grams of white truffles.....hahhaha. go figure hw much this meal is.....

i tried to cook some fish w red pepper sauce when baby was in taiwan.....okok, after all the pix of nice food, mine looks like sh**. i noe i noe.

the 2nd coupon used will b a brunch at sentosa.

if u noticed, i didnt even comment abt the food. its mediocre. so so oni. nt really worth ur time (n entrance fee) travelling to sentosa n hav this.....if u ask me, i wun buy again.

conclusion, fullerton's brunch is better. worth ur $$$.

we had our d&d last sat at merchant court.
to my surprise, this was one of the enjoyable ones i've attended.

the stupid theme was chinos-duno-wat-shit-crap-duno-wat-to-wear-wan-me-tolook-like-chinese-vampire-or-wat. end up baby dun wan to give in to the theme, she didnt wear cheongsam. me? u expect me to wear like huang fei hong is it? (one of the ppl from our dept actually did n nearly won best dress for FEMALE.....wtf)

trying to make my face longer. i've decided to embrace korean pop culture, hence the eye makeup. i quite like it though.

one of my colleague actually wore this. we tot his hse kena flooded.

me: (kena caught in the act of pimping) eh, lady in black, u wan this little boy? cheap sell. got buy got free.

boy: wei wei wei! i am still virgin, where got cheap sell???? I wan ang bao ah.....

Day 1 (Before going Canada)

i insisted of having my fav prawn roe noodles in kowloon. baby n i spent alot of time looking for the shop....got lost w the many mtr exits.....

noodles still super duper nice, porridge v silky n beef soft n tender. my super fav still.....

went xu liu shan for dessert, n i was greatly disappointed by the dessert i've ordered. look at the size of mine vs baby's dessert. na beh, y so punny?????

we went shopping at times square n came to this restaurant for dinner. its called SML becos u can decide hw big u wan ur portion of food. small, medium or large. we ordered all small. the server warned us abt the little portions. we went ahead....damn. one mouth full, n wala. finish. damn. but tasty la.

we bought these watches before we set off to canada. german brand. nt bad hor....

Hong Kong (17.10.11)

i've plan this meal for a long long time.
this guy is a celebrity chef. his restaurant got 1 michelin star. he called himself the "demon chef" n produces x-treme chinese cuisine. he turned food into art by using molecular cooking. u can read more abt him here:

not cheap.
n we r really super under dressed for this....

look at the salt flakes. these r fleur de sel. best salt ever. nt too salty, crunchy n abit sweet. really. go google if u duno wat the hell i am toking abt.

these arent the norm egg cookies. the chef used the spainish iberico ham n salted egg in it. super fragrant n crispy.

super sweet tomato soaked in vinegar. trust me, its really good. the seafood mousse at the left hand corner is superb.

vermicelli infused w morel essence, wrapped in iberico ham w gazpacho "bubble". the vermicelli was really really filled w mushroomy goodness!!! went v v well w the ham.....v v v v nice, yet light dish.

ladies n gentlemen, foie gras w 梅菜cream n crispy 梅菜. yes. dun squirm. the 梅菜cut the richness of the v v creamy foie gras, making us wanting more!!! sweet n abit sour, w the creamy foie gra in ur mouth....this is really science of food. interaction causes strange reactions. it is v v good.

this is a cod, cooked in sous vide, with miso n saffron, w crispy seaweed. dun underestimate the flower petals on the plate. they were super super "flowery"!!! eat w the fish, n the fish become super sweet!!!! amazing reaction. this chef really plays w ur senses.

ok, this is cranky. molecular version of xiao long bao. yes, this is xiao long bao. put the whole ball into ur mouth, bite. n it BURST out xiao long bao flavor. the red strip u saw, was the ginger. it taste like....xiao long bao!!!! but.....u r nt eating the real thing....super messed up ur mind....hahahaha.

chef's rendition of 甜酸苦辣. look at the scallop. sweet, succulent, fresh.....mama mi ah....together w the sauces made from kaffir lime (bitter), kyoho grape (sweet jelly), passion fruit(sour), n shichimi potato (spicy foam), my god....this is really a piece of food art. i love the kaffir sauce. v v fragrant, goes damn well w the scallop. brilliant.

ok. this is super creepy for me. too much for me to take. this is century egg w pickled ginger. yes folks. this liquidy foamy thing is century egg n ginger. we r supposed to eat the foam oni. halfway thru it i freaked out totally. yes, it tasted exactly like century egg w ginger.gassy, foamy....aiyo. i really cant accept this. i dun even noe whether i am eating it or nt...... next dish please!!!

i've nv tasted anything that is SOOOOOOO good in my past 32 yrs of life.my god. this is absolutely to die for. this is langoustine (mini lobsters) with english mustard, salty egg , cauliflower sauce, black truffles and duck jus. the sweet and tender langoustine goes so well w the salty egg, w truffle fragrance lingering in ur mouth.....i cursed under my breath w every mouthful i ate. y so good???? hw can i afford to eat it nxt time???? damn it.

this is the suckling pig w green peas n apple w sichuan vanila sauce. crispy skin n sweet meat. porky goodness.

this is the famous por lor yao (pineapple bun) w pinapple done 3 ways (red pepper corn, sichuan pepper n white pepper). v interesting.

the pineapple dish came w this "drink". yuan yang (tea mixed w coffee). this is supposed to b a famous drink in HK. guess what? this is xtreme yuan yang. its expresso w thick tea. n it is served one side cold, one side hot. look carefully at the pix. the lighter color one is the tea, n the darker color one is the coffee. the surprise thing is, the coffee is ice cold n the tea is hot. so when u sip from the middle, half of ur mouth is cold, half of ur mouth is hot!!! they really play w ur senses to the max man.

the dessert trio to end the meal. the "malai cake" n the choco desserts r all made from banana liquor. baby nearly fainted after eating small tiny bite. i felt giddy after i finished all. we can ask for a refill, but we passed it. too strong.

bloody food critic is a spainard. he delibrately asked alot of questions to test the servers on the knowledge of the food served to them. v v nasty leh....

there r ppl singing on the streets of ladies mkt every nite. the special thing abt this day is, one uncle (nt these uncles, i nv took pix cos too excited) caught my attention when he sang a Beyond song. thing is, the ppl surrounding him (abt 50 ppl?) were singing with him! n i heard the young couple behind me saying smth like "Beyond is our HK trademark. of cos we muz noe hw to sing thier songs! they r still the best!!!" OMFG. tears were in my eyes when i heard that. imagine singing LOUDLY on the streets, music behind u, juz shout out "原諒我這一生不羈放縱愛自由，那會怕有一天會跌到,oh no....背棄了理想，誰人都可以，那會怕有一天只你共我......"

i can feel my hair stand.....will u guys understand???

Hong Kong (19/10/11)

baby n i decided to b touristy n visit the disneyland for the 1st time (oh my, i've visited HK like 8 times, nv went to DL b4....hahaha)

this kid got shocked by the "bombing" effects of the ride.before we noe it, the whole boat were filled w crying babies.

can't afford to watch it in MBS, watch the mini version of Lion King in Disney.

baby n i went for challenge in the shoot out at the buzz lightyear game (forgot the actual name). we did this 4 times. this is my score. i got to level 4.

we went to try out the "best ride" in HK disneyland. the staff highly recommended this to us. so we went. these r the pix of us BEFORE the ride. baby was slightly scared, me non-chalant.

these 2 pix r taken AFTER the ride. baby wipped her sweat+tears+mucus+duno-what-shit-flow-out-during-screaming, while i cant even walk w my wobbly legs. NA BEH! super scary la!!!! old liao lor, dun ask me to do such things can? we cant stop screaming thru out the ride, n i think i spewed all the vulgarities i noe, while baby screamed her lungs out. the ang mo behind us screamed her head off, n we were all giggly n giddy n voiceless after the ride. the ang mo cant even get out of her seat. so funny.

ya ya, this is the ride. go try.

takuya in the making. after Q-ing for 30 mins, squeezing w stupid tiongs, i finished the ride in like 5 mins? drive too fast.

i've found my long lost brother yet n again (after the giraffe in universal studio). i kinds regret nt to buy this. bery cute hor....

the spectacular fireworks. i think the more spectacular part are the HP lights from the audience. look like stars.

we went for a fiesty dinner near our hotel. started w the 口水雞. my saliva r secreting as i typed this. super tasty, but SUPER spicy!!!!!my god.

this is a killer dish.麻辣豬耳. baby stopped eating this after 2 pcs. wah lau eh. i got all giddy from the spiciness of the pig's ear. altough it is painful, i am kinda of hooked to this kind of spiciness. suggested to baby to get this dish the nxt day n she nearly killed me.hahaha.

they served the best ever scrambled eggs i've eaten.BEST. creamy, sweet, yet savoury. duno hw they do it man. i can eat this everyday. my family oso raved abt this scrambled eggs when they came bk to singapore from HK.

we were supposed to go guangzhou that morning, but baby was having serious food poisoning, unstoppable LS that day. so we dedcided nt to go, despite the fact that we've a;ready bpught the train tix.....better than running to the toilets in ch***. u noe wat i mean.

my dessert, mango pomelo sago w beancurd, came in style. it was drowned in a sea of SMOKE. na beh, chut simi pattern.

light bfast of porridge n cheong fun. i think my mum's porridge is the best.

went to find this Man U shop in TST. super small la. got a small keychain cos nth to buy actually.

went to my fav dim sum place at the habour for lunch.

this soup is SUPER delicious!!! i insisted to finish the whole pot although i am super full after the meal.

look at the monkey head mushroom from the soup. the soup oozes mushroomy goodness n sweet flavor of chix. the collagen from the soup makes my lips stuck together after drinking.

pastry w duck meat inside. they r even shaped like a duck! so cute.

these r the best chix feet i've eaten. the chix feet r nt deep fried (nt like those in singapore). they r braised in the lor zap for enuff time for the flavours to get into the chix feet, but still maintaining the Q-ness n meaty-ness of the feet. the sauce is super super nice, n the chix feet is wonderfully chewy n FULL of collagen. sticky lips again.

tang chao's siew mai is better. too much prawn for this.

we went bk to the famous claypot rice place for dinner.WTF.they missed our order of oyster omelette which looked so so delish. i tried to remind the auntie abt our orders. u noe wat she told me? she shouted, in canto of cos, "aiya, u can wait u wait lor, if u cant wait u cancel. i cant help u. i v busy!!!" HUH???? r u fu**ing kidding me????

we gt pissed off, n we juz make do we this delicious beef claypot rice w raw egg. yummy max. when we were abt to finish our rice, the omelette miraculously came to us. baby told the server w a straight face that we DID NOT order it.hahaha. revenge of the sith. dun mess w women folks.

hi folks, after like 2 weeks, i've finally managed to load SOME pix for my wedding.
as some of u may noe, i went to HK and canada.

Canada 11.10.2011

we reached toronto at abt 1 plus in the afternoon. everything was slow there. n the fedup thing for me is.....we need to pay for the luggage trolley.....2 canadian dollars lor!!!! n we kena suan by a group of ah nehs la.....sigh.....

we reach our B&B after travelling for abt 2 hrs.....
the streets r clean n quiet....and very COLD!!!!

baby n i went reccee the place n found this cake shop near our B&B. the cup cake n banana pie tasted GREAT!!!!

the B&B owners recommended us to this winery restaurant. they serve great n cheap food!!!

these crab cakes r simply out of the world!!!! best crab cakes ever! crispy outside, filled w crabmeat inside. REAL stuff!!! sweet n fragrant. goes v well w the wine too!!!! great!

the scene outside was great. thing is, it gets really dark after 6pm (limited street lights). baby n i went back to the B&B w some donuts n rest for the nite.

i tell u, this bread is out of the world. they r homemade by the owner. fresh homemade honey wheat bread. warm roasted w butter n strawberry jam..... i am nt a bread person, but i missed this the most after i came bk to singapore. they were really good.

fresh fruits. rasberries were awesome.

i ordered a 4 cheese omelette w fruit chutney n crispy bacon. wow. the omelette is soft u fluffy, cheese melted in the eggs....super super super tasty. n bacon is really crispy!!! did i mention that there r chives in the egg??? haaha.

my seafood omelette w v hot n herb-y (is there such a word?) sausages. super yum! there ar even crab meat in the omelette!!!! how cool is that for bfast?

the pancake w maple syrup is simply awesome. FYI, the maple syrup here is the real stuff. nt extract. taste totally diff. add that in ur coffee too. it taste mag.

baby waiting at the hotel lounge for our wedding planner. we went to the city to take a look at the chapel, n oso go thru the rehersal.

we r literally stand on top of the falls for our wedding. the view is magnificant.

the chapel is at the 25th floor of this tower.

we went for dinner at the famous vineyard in NOTL after our engagement shoot.

this vineyard is famous for white wine n bubbled wine (dun wan to call it champange since we r nt in france....). the chef for this restaurant/vineyard is a celebrity chef in canada. yes, this is the most expensive meal we had in canada. keep on guessing.

this is the best oyster i've ever had in my life. it might nt b big n plump, but it is crispy n super super fresh n sweet!!!! the chef served it as amuse bouche w rasberry. my god, a match in heaven.

the foie gras pate w sea salt, served w grape jelly and ice wine jelly. nice. it is like foie gras ice cream. haha. aquired rich taste.

cant rem wat dish.....lobster smth....hahaha.

this berry sherbet is a palate cleanser.

veal. juicy n tender.

smth fish. hahaha.

chicken wrapped in some pastry thing.

ice wine souffle w white chocolate. nice. soft n fragrant.

this is actually a dessert dish. cinnamon donuts w cappuccino. the capuccino is actually melted coffee ice cream. v v nice.

as u can c, i dun really rem much abt the food there.

yes, it is expensive n chi chi. its nice. but nt fabulous.

i kinda think that it is super over rated. over priced too.

however, service is great. they've even helped us to arrange for transport back to our B&B after our meal.

the "post card picturistique" views were endless at the falls n on our way back. every shot was like postcard. super beautiful.

we proceeded to charles' inn for our post wedding dinner n wedding photo shoot. the photographers told our server abt our wedding n she gave me n baby a glass of champagne each to congratulate us! so happy (bcos of free booze....hahaha)

i hav to mention this. it is a chi chi version of surf n turf. scallop w roast beef. best scallops ever. super tender n sweet!!!!! n the beef....omg, juicy, tender.....melt in ur mouth.....i am drooling as i write this.....baby didnt like scallops, n yet, she tried to steal my scallops while i was talking to the others. unscrupulous thief....hmph.

the trout/salmon was really good too! nt over cooked. still moist n tender. nt bad.....

baby n i woke up at 5 plus in the morning, chat in bed, n decided to take a walk in the little backyard of the B&B at 7am. yes, this is 7am in toronto. bright hor....n it is super super super cold!

the owners were so funny during bfast. they asked me "so u've done it!!!" i gave a sad face n said yes. n the lady owner replied" well, too late for regret already....or do u????" hahahaha.

we reached this v good restaurant at 8pm. it was full. no tables.

we were rejected. suddenly, the boss put his hand on baby's shoulder, looked at her, n asked"oh, were u here last nite?"

we did dine here the day b4, so baby told him yes.

u noe what he did? he squeezed thru the crowd, navigate around, n got a table for us!!!! juz bcos of baby!!! n all thanks to her, we got dinner. yeay max. (he had been eyeing her for many days le. he even held her hand when she went to the plc to make reservations, called her darling.....hahaha. i was teasing her all the way for this trip. she got new boyfren. all thanks to this handsome guy, we hav a great dinner)

she had depression 10 yrs ago, after her only son passed away due to cardiac arrest.
i was the one who picked up the call early in the morning when she told me my cousin's passing.
n she was gone.
now, her husband will b alone in this world, with nobody left.
i duno how he can cope w it.
they were a v loving couple. they lived for each other.

hey peps, this r the best pineapple cakes from taiwan. they've recently opened a shop at raffles hotel (only one outside taiwan!). the boss n his wife r super nice ppl. pls do go visit their shop at raffles hotel. this really really taste superb. no kidding.

these r the 蠔酥from鹿港. ordered this for dinner after my trial one night in taichung. the oysters r super juicy and sweet, crispy outside. yumz!

their signature dish, 蝦猴酥. super duper duper nice!!!! like juicy prawn crakers! w pepper n salt. n the basil makes it even better! drool.....

oyster mee sua.....wah, i tell u, the stock v v sweet man. v nice man.....

i got this coupons from a web deal. 28 bucks for a supposedly 45 bucks lunch.

i wun even pay 10 bucks for it.

to start with, we hav to make reservations b4 using the coupon.
ok, fair enuff, cos i've used other coupons for other restaurants n we always hav to call to let them noe. so fine by me.
i called in the morning, for lunch reservation.
the person on the line told me "erm, the timing is too close (it was like 10.30am), i duno whether they will accept ur reservations or nt.....anyway, u can juz walk in"
WTF.
ok, fine. the most i go there n they dun serve me.

then baby n i went down (HV) n reach at 12.30pm.
the restaurant was relatively empty then.
the waitress took our orders.
we waited.
n waited.
n waited.
after 20 mins, salad nt up yet. n the waitress came to me at this point, n ask "excuse me, was that fish or chicken u ordered juz nw?"

after such long long silence, i finally got the time to upload the pix i've taken for the past few mths.
baby n i r really damn stressed up by our wedding (which is like 1 mth left)

we went to this ramen shop at millenia walk (took like 45mins to find!!!!) to try out their black ramen soup base.

the table nxt to us were gawking at our paella. then, one guy asked us hw was the rice. i told him its really good. then that guy said"if nt nice how?"

ordered a bread pudding for baby's "birthday cake". nice. but we r really quite stuffed when the dessert arrive, so we didnt finish it. the funny thing is, when the cake arrive, the table beside us started singing bday song for baby, keep asking her hw old she is.n that funny guy (who asked me about the paella) asked the waitress "so i cant order that (pointing to baby's pudding) la, cos oni bday girl got bday cake?"

茶鸭. tender meat w crispy skin, w a hint ot tea aroma. good.

this super big "basin" of soup is w fish maw, melon n papaya. v v v v v nice!!!! full of collagen, n the papaya is damn sweet!!!! i nv noe papaya can really lift the soup like this. i drank so much until my stomach nearly burst.

this dessert SUCK. fruits nt sweet, no fragrance, yoghurt no taste. wtf.

went to walk at the food street. the 1st thing to greet us was the moving scorpions. yes, they were still alive n kicking (literally). worms, insects. my god. although i've eaten alot of insects in BK, this doesnt look appetising.

super many ppl, squeeze like mad. n the streets r wet, n smelly. 1st time i went to a food street in exited w zero appetite. stomach turned. total disgust.

the reason the plc is called wang fu jing, is this well, named by pu yi.
